We have an immediate need for a team of talented Administrative Support Analysts to assist with a large scale account review project. This is a 6 Month contract with our client in the FINANCIAL Industry in Winston-Salem, NC.  The role is full time (40 hours/week) with the potential for permanent employmentPlease review the job description below.  This could be great opportunity for new graduates, retirees or those reentering the workforce!  You must have some professional experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working high volume of low/medium complexity cases
  • Contact resources as needed to ensure accurate and thorough review of records including research and documentation
  • Conducts research in Customer Information system and search external Websites for TIN verification when necessary

 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Demonstrated proficiency with desktop applications and internet research/navigation
  • Experienced in working to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly accurate and detail orientated with the ability to multi-task
  • Adaptable and flexible to meet departmental / work needs
